Numerous studies have shown that mindfulness meditation can help people feel better, sleep better, increase ability to cope with stressful situations, improve self-esteem and renew enthusiasm for life and work. By persistently aligning ourselves with the present moment, we train ourselves to be more awake and wise for the challenges of our lives.
Join us for a day of meditation, gentle movement, and group discussion as we explore what it means to live our lives with embodied presence and awareness. No previous experience required.
Please wear comfortable clothing. Chairs, mats, and cushions will be provided. There are numerous restaurants in the neighborhood for lunch, or you can bring your own.
